Knoll Packaging announced strategic leadership updates in their organization

Knoll Packaging, the leader of sustainable luxury packaging, announced strategic leadership updates in their organization. Joshua Cohen has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, Benjamin Cohen has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, and Lorraine Pouliot joins as Vice President of Sales. These key staffing updates come as Knoll continues to reveal the next generation of its family-run global organization.
Joshua Cohen has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer. Josh has worked at Knoll for nearly 20 years, beginning in China where he grew to manage all production, ensuring we maintain 100% Knoll-quality and on-time delivery. Josh managed our manufacturing expansion into Europe and helped to launch our Knoll-owned Philippines factory. Josh continues to seamlessly run our growing and complex global operations, including the implementation of Knoll’s proprietary automatic machinery.
Benjamin Cohen has assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Ben has quickly evolved Knoll’s global sales and marketing approach to greater drive innovation and creativity through our industry, including the implementation of Knoll Ecoform molded pulp and the launch of Knoll’s Knoll Ecoform molded pulp compacts. Ben has also grown Knoll’s global sustainability initiatives and helped set a new Knoll-standard for sustainable leadership in our industry.
Lorraine Pouliot joins Knoll Packaging as Vice President of Sales. Lorraine joins Knoll after 11 years in the industry, bringing a breadth of packaging, print and production experience to the role. For Estee Lauder Companies, Lorraine was a staff member in EL brand Creative from 2011 – 2016, where she grew to become a Project Manager supporting the Visual Merchandising and Store Design Departments. She worked with design and development timelines, coordinated with Marketing teams, tracked budgets, wrote department PO’s and worked with vendors. From 2016-2018 Lorraine managed development of global production of Gift Set Boxes and Promos and local print collateral for Shiseido USA. From 2018 to 2022, Lorraine served as VP of Sales for French company Cosfibel Premium, developing Promo Accessories and Gift Set Boxes for NYC-based beauty and fashion brands.
Lorraine is thrilled to join Knoll at this exciting time in the company’s evolution, thanks to the company’s constant Eco-Friendly Innovations, new localized production, and talented teams.

Knoll Packaging will present its latest innovations at Paris Packaging Week (PCD) on January 25 – 26 (Booth H60), where the 2022 MAC Advent Calendar is also a finalist for Best Limited Edition Packaging at the PCD Innovation Awards. Knoll will also exhibit at LuxePack Los Angeles on February 16-17 (Booth B15), where it will showcase their 100% molded pulp compacts.
